The Perimeter Defense Post is a mobile defense station. Slowly movable in transport mode, once deployed it unfolds a dense network of gun turrets and rocket batteries. Ideal for securing strategic chokepoints and resource fields.
TACTICAL HINTS
- Starts in slow transport mode and activates its main weapons only after deployment.
- Once given the DEPLOY command, the station remains permanently stationary.
- Requires research "PERIMETER DEFENSE POST CLEARANCE" (3,000 Credits, 180s).
- Shield systems regenerate outside direct fire; shield research increases capacity and regeneration speed.
